Mercy Housing is a temporary shared housing company that provides housing to single people and families in unique situations. Mercy Housing provides a clean and safe shared home for people and families as they transition through a difficult period in their lives. All Mercy Housing shared homes have the luxury feel and warmth of a traditional home. No matter the circumstances, happiness is right around the corner at Mercy Housing.
We currently have shared housing in Detroit MI , Tampa FL, Plant City, FL St. Petersburg FL, and Ohio. We plan to soon expand in Flint MI, Gary IN, Kansas City MS , Philadelphia PA, and also to at least another 16 counties throughout Florida
Mercy Housing provides shared apartments, duplexes, and single family homes. Single people are placed in apartments and duplexes. All of our housing is fully furnished, and includes:
Up to 60 channels
High Speed internet
Furniture (including bed, couches, chairs, tables, desks, and chairs)
This is limited to washing provided linens and a basic clean of the home.

Toilet paper (one months worth), two bottles of body wash, and one deodorant per month
one basic pot set, microwave, toaster, one dish set for six people
one bed set per bed and two towels, two hand towels and two face towels per person
Mercy Housing serves the following groups of people:
Mercy Housing provides comfort and security to expectant mothers who have decided to place their baby for adoption.
One in four women and at least one in nine men will be victims of domestic violence. Mercy Housing is proud to be a part of their recovery.
Mercy Housing provides temporary housing to the homeless, low income people, and people who have been temporarily displaced because of a man-made or natural disaster.
You schedule a consultation and we then asses the demand and need of your organization.
We then assign the person or family based off the needs of your client. Agreements are then sent to your agency, payments are made for the housing.
The person or family then has access to the home for the duration of their temporary stay.
Unfortunately belong to more than one of these groups. That is especially true for expectant mothers, who are often sadly also homeless or victims of domestic violence. Placements are made based on the recommendations of our partners. Only the occupants referred to us by our partners can stay in our homes. No other occupants are allowed to do so.
The average stay is four to nine months.
